Thank you for shopping with YBT Power. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver replacement battery products.
1. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing time may be longer during peak seasons, inventory transfers, or if additional order verification is required.
2. Warehouse Fulfillment
We currently have local warehouse inventory available in the United States and Canada for selected products.
When local warehouse stock is available, orders may be shipped from our U.S. or Canada warehouse for faster delivery.
If local warehouse inventory is not available, orders may be shipped from our overseas warehouse.
3. Lithium Battery Shipping Notice
Our products include lithium battery packs. Due to battery transportation requirements and carrier restrictions, lithium batteries may not be eligible for air shipping in some regions.
For international destinations or when local stock is unavailable, battery products may need to be shipped by sea transportation or other approved battery shipping methods.
Because of this, delivery may take longer than standard non-battery products.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on destination, inventory location, carrier service, customs clearance, and battery shipping requirements.
Estimated delivery times:
United States local warehouse:
Usually 3–7 business days after shipment.
Canada local warehouse:
Usually 5–10 business days after shipment.
Overseas warehouse / international sea shipment:
Usually 20–45 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Because our products contain lithium batteries, shipping options may be limited.
Expedited air shipping, overnight shipping, or express air shipping may not be available for battery products.
Some remote areas, islands, military addresses, PO boxes, or restricted locations may not be serviceable.
If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you after your order is placed.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
For sea shipment or cross-border delivery, tracking updates may be slower during transit or customs processing.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply depending on your country or region.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
YBT Power is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, import restrictions, or local delivery procedures.
8. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at:

- Photos of the damaged package or product, if applicable
Our support team will review the case and may request additional information before providing a solution.
9. Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
YBT Power is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
