1. Before First Use
- Check that the battery is not damaged during shipping.
- Make sure the battery contacts are clean and dry.
- Fully charge the battery before first use.
- Confirm that your tool and charger are compatible.
- Do not use the battery if the case is cracked, swollen, leaking, or overheated.
2. Charging Instructions
- Use a compatible charger designed for the correct battery platform.
- Make sure the battery is fully seated in the charger.
- Charge the battery in a dry, indoor, well-ventilated area.
- Do not charge near water, heat, fire, or direct sunlight.
- If the charger shows an error, remove the battery, let it cool, and try again.
- If the issue continues, contact support.
Important: Do not leave the battery charging unattended for a long period of time.
3. LED Indicator Guide
Some batteries include an LED power indicator button.
- Press the indicator button to check remaining power.
- More lights indicate higher remaining charge.
- If the LED does not respond, the battery may need charging first.
- If the LED still does not work after charging, contact support with photos or a short video.
4. Battery Use Tips
- Use the correct battery capacity for your tool and workload.
- High-power tools may drain the battery faster.
- Let the battery cool down after heavy use before charging.
- Avoid repeated deep discharge.
- Keep battery contacts clean and free of debris.
- Remove the battery from the tool when not in use.
5. Storage Guide
- Store the battery in a cool, dry place.
- Keep away from water, moisture, fire, and direct sunlight.
- Avoid storing the battery inside a hot vehicle.
- Keep away from metal objects such as keys, screws, and nails.
- If storing for an extended period, charge the battery partially and check it regularly.
6. Safety Warnings
Please read carefully before use.
- Do not disassemble, crush, puncture, burn, or modify the battery.
- Do not expose the battery to water or rain.
- Do not use a damaged, swollen, leaking, or overheated battery.
- Do not short-circuit the battery terminals.
- Keep away from children.
- Stop using immediately if you notice smoke, unusual odor, abnormal heat, leaking, or physical damage. Move to a safe area and contact support.
7. Compatibility Reminder
This battery is designed for compatible tool and charger platforms. If you are unsure whether your tool or charger is compatible, please check the Compatible Models page or contact support.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Tool model number
- Charger model number
- Battery reference number
- Clear photo of the tool or charger label
8. Troubleshooting
Battery does not charge
- Make sure the charger is plugged in and powered on.
- Remove and reinsert the battery firmly.
- Let the battery cool down before charging.
- Try another compatible charger if available.
- Contact support if the issue continues.
Battery does not power the tool
- Confirm the tool is compatible with this battery platform.
- Fully charge the battery and try again.
- Check that battery contacts are clean.
- Try another compatible tool if available.
- Contact support with a short video showing the issue.
LED indicator does not work
- Charge the battery fully first.
- Press the indicator button firmly.
- If the LED still does not respond, contact support with photos or a short video.
Battery runtime is shorter than expected
- Runtime varies based on tool type, workload, temperature, and battery capacity.
- High-drain tools consume power faster.
- Always start with a fully charged battery for heavy tasks.
- Allow the battery to cool between extended use sessions.
9. When to Contact Support
Please contact us if:
- The battery cannot charge.
- The battery cannot power a compatible tool.
- The LED indicator does not work after charging.
- The battery arrived damaged.
- You are unsure about tool or charger compatibility.
- You need help with warranty registration.
When contacting support, please include:
- Amazon order number
- Product capacity (6Ah, 8Ah, 10Ah, 12Ah, etc.)
- Tool model number
- Charger model number
- A clear photo or short video showing the issue
